Terms of Service

1. Who provides RunPR

RunPR is provided by Embargo Industries (“RunPR,” “we” or “us”). These terms govern access to our website and PR workflow software. Contact us at jeff@runpr.ai.

2. Your agreement and authority

When you expressly accept these terms or enter an order that incorporates them, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind that organization. A separately signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

RunPR is a business service. Workspace administrators manage membership and access to their organization’s client accounts. You are responsible for authorized users, account security and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

3. What RunPR provides

RunPR supports news monitoring, opportunity research, journalist discovery, draft preparation, review, email delivery, coverage reporting and API-based AI visibility measurement. Available features, usage allowances and billing depend on the plan or order you select.

Research and AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. You must review sources, factual claims, recipients and content before relying on or sending an output. A suggested contact or opportunity is not a guarantee of relevance, consent, deliverability, coverage, traffic or sales. API visibility results are not a promise of what a consumer AI interface will show.

You control your workspace’s sending settings and approvals. Approving a draft does not by itself authorize every future send. Optional managed work is governed by its agreed scope.

4. Your content and the rights needed to operate the service

You retain your rights in the information and materials you provide, including client briefs, profiles, voice samples, contact lists and drafts (“Customer Content”). You authorize us and the service providers we use to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide, secure, support and maintain RunPR and perform actions you request.

You must have the rights and authority needed to provide Customer Content and use RunPR for a client. Do not submit content in breach of a confidentiality obligation or another person’s rights. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical records or other highly sensitive personal information in briefs or prompts. RunPR is not offered as a system for storing regulated health information.

We do not receive permission under these terms to publish your identity, a client’s identity, private prompts, unpublished drafts, private correspondence or identifiable account results as a testimonial or case study. That requires separate permission. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners; AI output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive ownership.

5. De-identified data and aggregate research

Where permitted by applicable law and the agreements governing the data, you authorize RunPR to create de-identified and aggregated information from service activity and results. We may use that information to understand product performance, improve the service and publish research, benchmarks and statistical findings.

For acceptance recorded through RunPR’s workspace notice, this aggregate-research authorization covers service records created on or after the recorded acceptance time. It does not authorize public research using older workspace records. Other documented permissions or legal bases must be assessed separately.

For example, research may report how often citation links occur across question categories or how source concentration differs across a combined set of scans. Public research must not reasonably identify a person, customer or client or reveal confidential Customer Content. Removing a name alone is not sufficient if the remaining information could identify the subject.

We will review proposed publication for re-identification and confidentiality risk, avoid identifying small groups and not attempt to re-identify information prepared for anonymous aggregate research. Third parties receiving de-identified research data must not be authorized by us to re-identify it.

This permission is not a license to sell or publish raw workspace content. It does not override a separate confidentiality agreement, an applicable data-processing obligation or a legal requirement for consent. Merely posting this version does not retroactively authorize a new use of previously collected data; we will establish the necessary basis before that use.

Research findings that have been irreversibly anonymized and cannot be linked back to your account may remain after account closure or a deletion request. Contact jeff@runpr.ai with questions about research involving your organization.

6. Responsible use

Do not use RunPR to send spam, evade an unsubscribe or suppression request, impersonate someone, mislead recipients, infringe rights or process data you have no authority to use. Do not probe unauthorized accounts, bypass access controls, upload malicious code or interfere with the service.

You are responsible for applicable marketing, privacy and communications rules and for honoring recipient preferences. Access to a contact address does not establish permission to contact that person. RunPR’s safeguards do not replace your responsibilities.

7. Plans, billing and cancellation

Your checkout or order states your price, billing interval, trial terms, usage allowances and any separately purchased credits. If you choose an automatically renewing subscription, it renews and is charged as disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Trials that convert to paid service do so only on the terms shown when you enroll.

You can manage available subscription settings through the billing portal or contact jeff@runpr.ai for help. Cancellation takes effect according to your subscription terms and does not necessarily delete workspace records. Refunds, credits and any applicable mandatory rights follow your order and applicable law. We will not change an existing agreed price or refund right merely by publishing these terms.

8. Third-party services and links

RunPR uses third-party hosting, identity, payment, email, research and AI services. Information necessary for a requested feature may be processed by those providers. The Privacy Policy explains the categories involved. Availability and output can depend on those services.

External websites and integrations have their own terms. We do not grant rights to republish a publisher’s work or bypass its access restrictions. Connecting an integration authorizes the actions you enable, not unrestricted access to unrelated accounts.

9. Suspension and ending service

You may stop using RunPR and cancel your subscription under its terms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, a material violation, unauthorized access or a threat to the service or another person. We will give notice when practicable and legally permitted.

Contact us to request export or deletion of information. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, disputes, legal obligations or other purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Account cancellation and archiving a client are not the same as complete data deletion.

10. Service limitations

To the extent permitted by law, RunPR is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free research or a particular business outcome. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits obligations we expressly accept in a separate signed agreement.

11. Changes and notices

We will identify revised terms by version and effective date. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain acceptance or consent where required before applying them. A website update alone is not a representation that existing customers agreed to expanded data use.
